Can anyone tell me how many activation keys Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium comes with? Is there one for the OS and one for SQL Server 2008? Or is the OS activation key also used to activate the SQL Server 2008? Does anyone know if a regular SQL 2008 Standard Edition key will work to activate the SQL Server which ships with Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium?

There is the key for the SBS server, one for the extra 2008 server, one for the SQL server.  the keys are not interchangable.

Only as an upgrade to Premium - but then you would need to upgrade all of your CALs as well.  Otherwise you would need to buy a Server 2008 license, a SQL 2008/10 license, and SQL 2008/10 CALS.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I have found a product on the internet, SQL Server 2008 for Small Business English with 5-Clients (http://www.provantage.com/microsoft-c9c-00034~7MIC900J.htm). Does anyone know if the key provided with this product will work with the SQL Server 2008 supplied with Small Business Server?

Sql server 2008 for small business is a seperate product and has nothing to do with SBS 2008.  you can install that on any seperate server that has windows server 2008 or above. (It may also work on server 2003)  SQL server is not supported to be installed directly on the SBS server it's self.  You will need to purchase the appropriate SQL 2008 for small business CALs.  Basically this is the same thing you get with SBS2008 premium as well as a license for server 2008.  The SBS permium CALs cover the SQL 2008 call requirement.  SBS 2008 standard CALs do not.
