Can Cisco Packet Tracer connect with real devices?

Hello,
I`m wondering if Cisco Packet tracer can connecti with real devices. Such as PC, or routers? Like over Microsoft Lookback adapter....

I don't believe it can, I think it's self contained.  But I've reached out to someone who will definitely know the answer.
