SBS 2003 stopped working after I tried to change the old CA certificate from mail.domain.org to po.domain.org.  Since submitting request, access from internet or internal - "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  I have followed MS recommendation  method 1 to remove virtual directories, restart and change permissions on ExchWeb. After changes, still cannot access internal or external - "cannot display the webpage"

This might be a silly question - but is ' Show friendly HTTP error messages ' ticked in IE?  Is there anything in the event log that suggests what the error is?

No, nothing other than page could not be displayed either internal or external attemptes. No event log entries that showed a reason for OWA not working. After hours, I re-ran the INternet/Mail wizard. After finishing the wizard, OWA is working again. OWA had benn working since it was installed in 2006. I have no idea what casued the hiccup -  But rerunning the wizard solved the problem.
