java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.mds.lcm.weblogic.WLLifecycleListener

I have installed the following and when I tried starting up the WLS_Spaces managed server I am getting the following error. As the deployed webcenter.ear was failing I have tried individually start up the webcenter and it was giving me the following error.

Messages
Message icon - Error java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.mds.lcm.weblogic.WLLifecycleListener
Message icon - Warning Errors were encountered while performing this operation.

I have tried giving access to all the required jars and also tried the 'Run as Administrator' option.

Install steps.
1. Oracle 11g DB
2. RCU
3. Added required schemas to DB
4. Weblogic Server 10.3
5. Webcenter Suite 11.1.1.2 and the patches 11.1.1.3

Got resolved.

There were few generic installs for the Win 7 and 64 bit.
Also I had to change the EnableScript flag in nodemanager to true.
