Blackberry Enterprise Server

I installed Blackberry Enterprise Server on my Windows 2003 R2 enterprise 64bit with Exchange server 2007 enterprise 64 bit

I am getting this message every so often

Thanks but that article seems to be about sending email issues I am not there yet my erros seems to be setup related I have not yet configured anything othere than what was asked during install I need to contact RIM support to get this working but this error is someting I would like to clear up before I call them

My blackberry is working fine receive and send emails no problems

I still get this error every so often

Any other ideas?

Since it is only a warning, and it does not appear to affect anything, I would ignore it for now.

What version do you have ?

Have you installed the latest patches ?

No patches?

Are there any updates to Blackberry Express 5.0.2?

I know it is a warning message but it is telling me something is not quite right with the software

And that could lead to a problem down the road

BES runs a lot of precess and tasks in the background.

SOme take a while

SCS::CheckDBforUserConfigChanges - Skip processing as a check is already in progress.

All it is saying is that it can not do a check, because one is already in process.

I would see if anyone else is getting this.

Is your BES server slow or overloaded ( not enough RAM etc ) ?

4gb of ram and the server is not even busy at all only a few users on it

Performance is very good

I think it is an application issue

It could be a minor bug that will be resolved in the next fix pack.

You can always contact RIM to see what they say.

This is normal according to RIM support since I only have one user working I have all the resources and it happens more often as the users grow this will tend to stop appearing
