Need to remove the ValidationHelper and just keep GetValue

So why cant u just remove ValidationHelper?

 return GetValue("OutboxLinkUrl");

            }
        }

Error      132      The name 'SetValue' does not exist in the current context      C:\inetpub\wwwroot\OmegaLove.Web\OmegaLove.Web\Controls\MessagingInfoPanel.ascx.cs      221      17      OmegaLove.Web

and GetValue does not exist.

What is OutboxLinkUrl. Is it a control on the form?
