winrar command to run as scheduler

Hi,
anyone can help me how do I have winrar command to zip files for every 3 month, every 3 month I will have at least 100-200 files to zip, so the all the file must be zip to single zip file

This will be a combination of winrar commands and Windows Task Scheduler
