Animated PNG (APNG) UI control

I really need a UI control for Winforms that supports ANPG, don't care if it cost alot of money.

(I have been seraching for this ALOT, so please, no "Check if you can find anything on this site").

I know you have stated winforms but I am not aware of an anpg control commercial or otherwise could you not use a wpf control ( embedded in a winform control / form using element hostr ?

abit new to WPF, how do I bind the image to a propertie in the usercontrol, so I can se the image from ouside the control?
