I have a client who had a Norton product on their computer with an account registered. &nbsp;The computer had to be reinstalled due to corruptions in the operating system.<br />

Their credt card was charged by Norton last month for their renewal. &nbsp;Only thing is we are unsure of what product they had and what the serial number was.<br />

is there anyway we can find out? &nbsp;<br />
I know Norton has their account system, but the account the client created was on an old email address they had. &nbsp;They dont have access to that email address and the account page does not recognise the email addresses they thought they had registered<br />

I remember previously you could put you last name in and last three numbers of your credit card to get verified. &nbsp;Is this still possible does anyone know?<br />
