I have a client who had a Norton product on their computer with an account registered.  The computer had to be reinstalled due to corruptions in the operating system.

Their credt card was charged by Norton last month for their renewal.  Only thing is we are unsure of what product they had and what the serial number was.

is there anyway we can find out?
I know Norton has their account system, but the account the client created was on an old email address they had.  They dont have access to that email address and the account page does not recognise the email addresses they thought they had registered

I remember previously you could put you last name in and last three numbers of your credit card to get verified.  Is this still possible does anyone know?

They need the password for Norton, not the password for their old email. The product they registered should be shown.
