Only options for remote agent for windows, desktop and laptop option. But, not exchange agent. I did key in the license key in the backup server, why exchange option not available?

As far as i know the normal client agent installs the exchange agent if it detects exchange present on the machine. Install it, try to run a backup expanding the machine and check if you can see the information stores.

No, not selection for exchange backup. Any problem for the media server, as media server is running with w2k3 32bit, but, exchange server is running on 64bit exchange 2007?

Well you should be able to download all the agents from the website. You may need your license key to authenticate.

There is no Exchange agent to install, its the Remote Agent for Windows Servers that needs to be installed on the Exchange Server. If you have already added the Exchange license to the BEWS installation and installed the RAWS on the Exchange Server you should be able to backup the Exchange resources.
If the Backup Exec server and the Exchange server are the same you need you dont have to install the RAWS as its already installed as a part of the BEWS installation.

First, I ensure that the exchange management tools are installed in media server; second, ensure the service account that run media server is assigned ad exchange administrator; third, CDO tool installed. Restart the Exchange Information store service, and suddenly, Exchange info stores are displaying. Select and backing up are working now.
