With myCTE as

Hello,
when I use the  --- With myCTE as --- on my local SQL machine, it works,
when I connect to the network Domain  server, I get an error,
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'With'.

Any ideas?

is that othe server a sql 2005 + ?
with sql 2000 or lower, it won't work ...

no (unless you upgrade the domain server to sql 2005 or higher

or change the query to solve without the CTE
