I have one user whose appointment scheduled by her disappear once they are in the past, whereas a) this does not happen for anyone else and b) if someone else schedules the appointment and invites here and she acceptes, this appointment does NOT disappear.  Checked all of her Outlook calendar options and googled the Internet with no luck.  Any suggestions?

Does she access her calendar using a smartphone of some sort? It's possible that and externally linked device is deleting them after a certain time.

Yes, it was autoarchiving.  Someone had set the field "clean out items older than" to only 1 day.  I reset it for six months.  Thank you.
