Hello,

I stopped ADDS services on one of my DC . When i was trying to bring it back , it couldn't and here is the event logs which is not very informative.

any idea

Allow your logs will rollover faster, you should turn up logging on the domain controller to gather more information. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314980

If nothing else, try a reboot.
