Have you tried a repair installation from the Windows 7 disc?

I did the reinstall and still the same thing, but I did findout that Quickbooks 2009 pro is a big part of the trouble I removed it and everything worked fine and then I reinstalled the qbooks and its working fine (for now) but I think it will happen again.

According to Intuit's website -

"Only QuickBooks 2010 (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions) is  designed to be compatible with Windows 7. You can still install and run  QuickBooks 2008 and 2009 on Windows 7, but be aware that you may  encounter problems we cannot resolve."

Here is their page for support regarding Windows 7 and older (2008/2009) versions of QuickBooks.
