I'm pretty sure that the built in administrator account is enabled, but I will verify it tomorrow when I have the machine tomorrow.  

Thanks for your reply.  I'll let you know as soon as I try it.

If there are any other ideas, that would be good too.  I will only have a limited amount of time to work on the laptop tomorrow because of the associate's schedule.
