What is the Domino version? What is the time stamp offset? It is a random time offset or in even hours?
how did you set your time synchronization?
Generally, in VM environment it is recommended to to VM Time Synchronization and disable OS time service

I have found a solution which had to do with a temporary domain controller that was confgigured during the virtualization project by the vendor. During a power outage the server in question was configured incorrectly. I corrected the issue and restarted the virtual server and everthing is fine now.
