Hi,

The language file lang-en.php is located in \install\langs

In the Database look in
Profiles / Sex
and sys_pre_values / Sex
you will probably need to change the default sex in sys_profile_fields too

I don't see a "Profiles / Sex" entry in the database however everything else worked. If you can explain where the  "Profiles / Sex" entry is I will award the last 50 points.

I did find sys_pre_values / Sex and that is where the default is set.
