PowerShell Error when running the test outlook connectivity script.

Hello, I am getting SCOM alerts regarding the Outlook Connectivity Scripts on Exchange 2010.  I run the tests from the exchange toolbox and everything passes with no issues...  Any ideas?  Nothing in the event viewer that points to a cause...
