Is there a way to determine if a rule is process before conditional formating?  I have a field (Carton Size) that is disabled based on another field (Business Line).  I want to include a rule that removes any entries from the carton size field if the business line changes prior to the field being disabled.

You can add a field to your form which is just a flag (boolean). Add it to your rule and then check its status in conditional formating on your other field.
