tcp ip netbios helper service terminated unexpectantly

I am suddenly getting a a whack of service control manager errors on our SBS 2003 server. Event id is 7034 which translates to "tcp ip netbios helper service terminated unexpectantly"

What is going on here?

I ended up with a server crach and a broken RAZ server.  I have fixed the server (was a DCHP problem,...) and have rebuilt the RAZ service..  The rros log has not been seen since..
