I actually know quite a bit about the email marketing business, so I will be setting up my reverse DNS, DKIM, SPF etc to help get me whitelisted. I have been outsourcing to SMTP.com, and most of my email ends up in the spam folders anyway (they are legit, I run them through a spam filter via the email marketer). I will check out Sendmail...thanks!

What I would like is a reference to simple software that I could install to manage the outgoing mail sent from the email marketer. Ideally, the software will throttle the outgoing email by ISP (only send a maximum of 500 emails per hour to @gmail.com for example), track deliveries, bounces, etc. <br />

I don't need it to create email campaigns, import databases, etc... just send.
