If you upgrade your firmware to DD-WRT (FREE) http://www.dd-wrt.com and setup Chillispot (http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php?title=Chillispot) you can setup redirection on the first web page, and until the user clicks through (I Agree or Login) no access will be givin.
