Symantec BE2010 agent problem on exchange 2010

Hi,

I have installed BE2010 on windows 2008 and install the agent on different servers win 2008 with no problem,

But when I try to install the agent on exchange 2010  i receive the following error

"error connecting to the remote server. ensure that the server is available has wmi enabled and is not blocked by a firewall 14"

Please can you help

did u checked the WMI services and Firewall as mentioned and also enable remote registry

You may have to manually install the agent rather than pushing it from the Backup Exec UI - I had this problem after updating to BE 2010.

I have checked the firewall

Please tell me how can I check the wmi and remote registery

I have installed the agent without pushing it but with no luck

Click on Start->Run and put in "services.msc"

Find the remote registry service in there and change it to automatic and start it.  I would start with that.
