I keep getting these return message from our exchange server 2003.  can some offer a suggestion what to check.  We only have this problem for some outgoing domains.

I also get this error when I look in the Queue:

The connection was dropped due to a SMTP Protocol Event Sink

I verified we are not on a blacklist
we have our reverse DNS setup properly

Any other things I should check?

have you tried sending emails to the affected domains from external and see if they are getting delivered ....
Is there soem firewall or gateway server you have ... check the blacklist domains and users list ...
