Hello,

I have some physicians that will be accessing our Electronic Medical Records via Citrix and will need to print and scan documents from this application. I'd like some step by step instructions on how to accomplish this for our physicians.

Thanks so much,

Printing

You will want to enable a policy for scanning

Examine the link I sent you on the left side, notice all the topics, you should be able to find everything you need there.
