How do I setup printing and scanning within a Citrix XenApp 5.0 session?

Hello,

I have some physicians that will be accessing our Electronic Medical Records via Citrix and will need to print and scan documents from this application. I'd like some step by step instructions on how to accomplish this for our physicians.

You will want to enable a policy for scanning
