rebuild the outlook profile<br />

also just to test move the user object in AD to another OU container and let me know what the results are. <br />

Have upgraded user from Office 2007 to Office 2010; he is having problems sending messages from some recipiants in his email history list; if he uses Contacts, or the Global Address Book there is no problem. In addition, if he sends email to other users, the are having problems replying, especially in a &quot;reply to all&quot; sent from the 2010 Outlook client.<br />
I need to upgrade more users.<br />
