Probems sending email Outlook 12010

Have upgraded user from Office 2007 to Office 2010; he is having problems sending messages from some recipiants in his email history list; if he uses Contacts, or the Global Address Book there is no problem. In addition, if he sends email to other users, the are having problems replying, especially in a "reply to all" sent from the 2010 Outlook client.
I need to upgrade more users.
Need a fix

on that machine open a command prompt and clear out the DNS settings by doing the following:

ipconfig /flushdns & ipconfig /registerdns

rebuild the outlook profile

also just to test move the user object in AD to another OU container and let me know what the results are.
