Trimming Black space around video Adobe Premiere

Hi

I have been given a video that i want to export as an FLV. However there is black space around the actual video area. Does anyone know how i can remove this in adobe premiere?

The problem is that when i import the flv into flash and use a skin for play/stop/rewind controls etc, these video controls sit at the bottom of the black space and not the actual video area.

Thanks
