Choose function in ssrs 2008

Hi,

I have to hard code values 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 like pending, rejected etc. for a field.

I believe, i can use choose function for this.
following is the expression i've used. but, its not working for me.

Choose(field.value,"pending", "rejected","accepted").

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks..

I think you want the switch function. Ex:

 =Switch(
field.value = 1, "Pending",
field.value = 2, "Rejected",
field.value = 3, "Accepted"
)
