I am running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and TS on a windows 2003 sp2 server.  I want to upgrade from office 2003 to office 2007 with VLK.  Can some one tell me if I have to un-publis O2K3 first and then install O2k7 or can I just upgarde staright to O2K7?  Will O2K7 be published instaed of O2K3 after the upgrade??

I wouldn't upgrade straight to O2k7.  I've done this and it's a nightmare.  I would completely uninstall O2k3 and then install O2K7 for the cleanest install.

It sounds like it's possible to have O2K3 and O2K7 coexist.  See if this article helps:

That solution won't help me.  I do not want to stream.  I want to install O2K7 inplace of O2K3 and publish O2K7.  Thanks for the article though.

You can upgrade from office 2003 to office 2007. However it is recommended to have a uninstallation of previous version and install the new version.

Because there is a possibility to crash the office 2007if you upgrade.
