Sonicwall CDP 2440i Password Helo
I have a sonicwall cdp 2440i that needs a password reset. I followed the manual but do not see the screen for Authentication Reset. Has anyone had this problem?

What steps are you using? Are they these steps?http://www.sonicwall.com/downloads/SonicWALL_CDP_CLI_Command_Reference.pdfSearch for reset and the first problem/resolution will be to reset the password.

nope... not it.... It was registered but with no support, tech support wont even talk to me.
hmmm...from what i can see, support needs to be involved with the password reset. otherwise, I don't know what else to try. i've requested a moderator review the question and suggest additional zones to get more expert attention.
