Attach DMS Files to Outlook Draft

When I create an e-mail, I am able to attach files saved in our document management system (FileSite 8.2).  However, if I save the e-mail as a draft before I attach files (for example, if the file is not yet ready to go), I can only select local files as attachments.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated!

I may be wrong, but standard email can attach files from "anywhere"

Drafts, because of their very nature, (incomplete emails") may not be set up to act in the same way.

In other words you may only be able to attach these specific files when the email is being sent.

But contact the support team at FileSite and see if they have any further insight.
