need password  remote.domain in exchange sbs 2008

my exhange is working fine, i receive and send emails but outlook keeps asking me for a remote.domainname password . i simply press cancel but is annoying and i need to resolve this problem.

this is a known issue and you should update exchange to sp2

Do you get any errors when you do Test settings

Is this happening for all users or just one user
