Our Exchange 2003 server has been running a little slow, memory is low. I found these 3 processes and they seem suspect. While the two Ag files seem to point to CA, the site links don't look legitimate. Does anybody have any experience with these processes?
It has 4 GB of RAM and is on a Server 2003 Std OS.

The lic98service.exe is part of a Computer Associates (CA) application licensing and may likely be found C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\CA_LIC
The other two couldn't find anything on them.
Try www.malwarebytes.com and download their free version to scan your system for pests.
