Already uninstalled and reinstalled WLM. A/V is Vipre and it has been disabled. When clicking on new to create new message it too minimizes on it's own and can't be opened from there. I used Revo uninstaller to remove WLM but after a reinstall same issue.

When the New Message box is minimized, hold Shift down and press the right click button on your mouse on the message in the task bar.  That will bring up the old style Restore, Minimize, Maximise box.  Select Maximise and the box should open.  Close it off and then try opening another New Message.

After following your instructions I was able to open, reply and create new emails.

The issue recurs though. I have to maximize whatever has been auto minimized again to reapply the fix after the computer sets for awhile or if WLM is opened and closed multiple times.

We moved to Outlook 2010 to bypass the issue permanently.
