Visual C#, Create printer to insert text.

I want to create a printer with Visual C# to print to PDF, when user prints, the printer will insert some texts into the document.

How can I do that?

Do you have PDF document on which you want to add some text?
Or do you need to create a new PDF document which will be printed?
