BES + User's name doesn't change after change in AD

We had a user that got married recently. We changed her name in Active Directory and there were no problems. Her e-mail was changed and when she sends email from Outlook it comes from her new email address.

When she sends e-mail from her Blackberry her maiden name is still coming up and I can't seem to figure out how to change it. We're using BES 4.1 and Server 2003 / Exchange 2003 w/ AD.

I've tried re-syncing her phone with the BES with no love.

If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

All i had to do was remove the account in BES, then resetup the account again.  If you changed the user's name you will have to change the alias in exchange also.

I've added and removed the account in BES with no luck.

Are you sure I'd have to change the alias too? As far as I know the BES gets it's information from the primary email address in Exchange and not the alias.

Issue was resolved by adding and deleting the user in BES (with mail information as well) and re-synchronizing.

The first time I deleted I didn't delete the blackberry information from the mail server
