System Event Notification Service error

Hi Experts,

I would like to request Experts help. I'm getting this error message when I start my PC (using windows7)

"Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service service. This problem prevent standards users from logging on the system"

How to prevent this? Hope Experts could help.
