cannot rename a folder in xenapps

I am trying to rename a folder under c:\document and settings in my citrix xenapp box and keeps getting a access denined. I have right to that folder, made sure the folder is not being opened and user no login.  But still cannot rename.

Any idea besides reboot?

Can you create a subfolder and rename it? Are you displaying system files? To make sure there isnt a hidden system file in there that could be in use. What folder is it? Make sure you also have NTFS permission - click advanced when doing the folder security and make sure delete folder permission is enabled.
