Blackberry Calendar does not Synchronize with Outlook 2007

We are using BES 4.1 with exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007. Users have informed me that items entered on the calendar of their units are not synched with their outlook client. Items entered in Outlook are synched to their Blackberry units.

The CDO.dll files match and the Bes service account has the proper permissions. This is driving me crazy, hopefully someone has a solution that I have not tried yet.

You need to upgrade the BES server to version 5.0 and it should resolve the issue.
