Latest IOS version for Cisco catalyst 3500 series XL switch.

Hi

I have a catalyst 3500 series XL switch with current Version 12.0(5.3)WC(1), MAINTENANCE INTERIM SOFTWARE on it.

Is there any new ios release I can install on the specific switch please advice

What is difference between 12.0(5.3)WC(1) and 12.0.5-WC17 ios please advice and is it possible to load a new version like 12.4 please explain

switches do not use the same as routers, and 12.4 is a router level IOS.  12.2 is what switch IOS's are up to.  Like I posted above that version of switch is at 12.0.5 and it does not look like the are putting any more out for it.
