SSIS - Excel connection manager

I am not sure what this error is all about. How can i correct it? In Excel Destination Editor, everything look ok to me.

[Excel Destination [2457]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER. The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Excel Connection Manager" failed with error code 0xC0202009. There may be error messages posted before this with more information on why the AcquireConnection method call failed.

[DTS.Pipeline] Error: component "Excel Destination" (2457) failed validation and returned error code 0xC020801C.

I think VBdotnet2005 is correct. If u run it in 32bit machine, excel files would work lovely. But if your machine is 64bit, u might wanna use csv or txt for the file format. Because even if it works with the quick fix VBdotnet2005 mentioned above, you won't be able to schedule the job since it will run base on 64bit machine and you'll stuck with the same error.
