Check the TEMP folders delete the contents if necessary,and also look for any running programs associated with Real in the task manager make sure none are listed, and also in program files delete any old folders for any previous versions.<br />

No other prior versions, cold install, Window XP SP3. &nbsp;So TEMP folders and other Real tasks do not apply. &nbsp;Any other suggestions? &nbsp;I think this is a vendor error.

Just downloaded Realplayer SP from www.realplayer.com.  Installed OK, but then when it starts it gets "Runtime error has occurred" Line:20 Invalid argument.  Tried downloading and installing the Beta version, exact same problem.  How do I fix this?  Any help on this is appreciated.
