So you want to change the URL for the citrix site? Yes, you will need a new SSL certificate. Is the domain going to be changing? I would go into your citrix farm, open the console and add local administrators to full control temporarily. this way if you change domains, anyone in the local administrator group can administer the server. I have gotten locked out before. How many servers do you have? If you arent changing domains, is there a trust with the new domain? Because you may have to publish apps to new users in the new domain. Citrix is designed for acquistions and name changes etc. So there shouldnt be anything too hard.
If your domain changes, check this out first
