Any ideas how to resolve this issue on Windows 2003 Standard SP2 ? &nbsp;I've Googled and turned up with nothing.<br />

Any ideas how to resolve this issue on Windows 2003 Standard SP2 ?  I've Googled and turned up with nothing.

Error 2203.Database:  <PATH_TO_MSI>. Cannot open database file.  System error -2147287035

This occcurs when I'm trying to run : msiexec /a  xyz.msi /p xyz.msp
