Do all the RMAN backups use the same repository?  If so, you should be able to generate a single script from the central repository.

If there are separate repositories or they are using the control files then I can't think of a way unless you write your own code to poll each server/repository then email you.

Before you ask: No I don't have any examples/samples/links that I can post for that method.

I have both same respository and different repository for another account. Can you please tell me the steps in details. I really appreciate your help. Thanks for your time and suggestion in advance.

If you would like a single email for each repository you can probably do this.  If you still only want a single email, you will need to write custom code/scripts.

>>Can you please tell me the steps in details

I already covered this with the comment above:  "Before you ask: No I don't have any examples/samples/links that I can post for that method".

There is a lot of SQL scripts out there to query the RMAN catalog for backup status' if you Google around a little.  Using the terms "oracle rman status" the following link is third in the list:

http://gavinsoorma.com/2009/06/query-the-rman-catalog-to-check-backup-status/

If you are wanting the example for the custom program to create a single email across the entire enterprise, again, I don't have anything for this.  You will need to see what development tools are available for you in your work environment and write the custom code.

I was asking the script for email. Anyway thanks for your help. I will wait and see if anyone else have the script for one email of all the RMAN databases backup status.

From the database itself, I use UTL_MAIL to email me the database status.  RMAN backups are part of that status.

Here's what I have but I don't think it's what you want:

I created a stored procedure in my database that checks things I consider important.  One of these things uses SQL similar to SQL in the link above to check the status of the RMAN backups.

All of this information is saved in a varchar2 variable.  At the very end of the stored procedure I make a call to UTL_MAIL to email the contents of the varchar2 variable to myself.

There are TONS of links out there that can explain any one of these steps.

Now back to your question:
You have several RMAN repositories.  You can create a procedure like I described for each repository but that will be one email for each one.  This isn't what you asked for.

If you still want a single email, you will need to write code that can connect to each repository, execute the SQL in the link above for each one then combine all that information and email you.

This is the code I do not have.

Before you ask:
No I cannot post the procedure I have.  It's considered proprietary.

I was confused by your comment above: "I  have both same respository and different repository for another account"

I thought you had several repositories.

With only one, where are you still having issues?  The sql in the link I posted shouyld give you the status of the backups and UTL_MAIL scripts are all over the place on the internet.

Except for: I need the complete code, please explain what part you need help with.
