Create GUID menu option disabled?

My [Create GUID] under the main menu option [Tools] is disabled.
How can i enable it ?

Guidgen.exe is an external tool of Visual Studio, so you can also choose to install Windows SDK which includes the tool and SDK is free for downloading.

Maybe I did not install the SDK included in VS2005. Let me check and get back to you next week.
