Hi Experts!

I created a site in sharepoint WSS 3.0.

To move this site, I save this site in .STP file. then I Load this .STP file in a MOSS site, and create the site using this ..STP file.

Now ... i need move this site to a WSS 3.0.

But, when i save this site in .STP file, and load this in a WSS 3.0 site, show the error:

"The model chosen is invalid or can not be found."

How can i fix it?

Thx!

Most likely this is caused by a missing feature on the destination server.

To test for a missing feature use this tool from CodePlex.com: “STP Inspector”   http://stpinspector.codeplex.com/

This tool will list all of the features needed by the STP file and flag those missing on the SharePoint server.

You have to run this tool on the server where you want to use the site template (STP) file if it is different from the source server.
