We have a Mitel 3300 running Release 4.1 SP1 along with the Mitel Border Gateway MBG V126.96.36.199 Currently we have 19 devices utilizing the MBG from various home user locations. The issue we are have seen is the following.
Teleworker phone is able to make and receive calls fine. Also able dial extensions to other teleworker phones & phones within the corporate network fine. Unable to receive calls from inside the network when dialing extension to extension. Phone rings, caller picks up no audio for either side of the call.
We have been able to make configuration changes on the various home routers to make it work. However we currently have 1 user that has a Linksys E2000 router and from what we can tell all firewall settings have been shut off. Still the same problem. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful!
