SharePoint 2007 Timer Jobs

We have a web application that has suddenly changed all timer jobs to one server in the farm.  All other web applications point to all the WFEs.  This particular web application I changed the timer job for recycle bin cleanup to run every 30 minutes.  I made this change in two farms and the timer jobs are running but one farm has equated all timer jobs to one particular web front end server.  Any ideas on how to get it back to both?
Thanks.

Did you check if the timer admin service is running on all of your front end servers?

Yes, and it is.  The other web applications in the farm show both servers.

After reconfiguring some of the timer jobs and forcing a restart of the timer service, we have resolved the issue.
