A user was complaining that his contacts on his Blackberry were not syncing with Outlook. Some contacts in Outlook had new email addresses and on the Blackberry the contact had no email address. I eneded up wiping and reactivating the device. All of his contacts came across but we found that some of the contacts were still missing email addresses. Upon further review, I noticed that the only contacts missing email addresses were internal users. If I choose 'lookup' to find the person, it finds them with the correct email address. Is this by design or is there a setting that will allow the email address to come through when the sync happens?
